People will judge how you will treat them by looking at your website. A design that reflects the identity of your brand gives potential leads insight as to how you view your audience. If you don’t put any effort into your website’s design because you don’t think anyone will care, your audience knows that your business isn’t serious about adapting to new business climates.
A website acts as your brand’s customer service representative. If your website is insightful and easy to use, your audience will know that you are leaders in your industry and you can communicate your ideas effectively. You’ll give the impression that you understand what your customer needs and you are looking to be a resource to them.
On the other hand, a difficult-to-use site will drive customers away (if they can even find your site in the first place). Without the ability to do much face-to-face networking, you need to have some way to bring new customers in the door that doesn’t involve shaking their hands.
Think of your web design as an online business card or brochure. If you replaced your business cards with the front page of your website and handed it out to a potential client, do you think they would call you? Don’t let leads slip away, hire a team that’s serious about getting you results.
